Yes, you have the possibility to change size directly from your customer account. Simply log in, click on the profile icon (top right) and go to the "subscriptions" section. To change your product, click on "change size" next to your current subscription and select the desired size.
Important: any modification is taken into account if it is done 48 hours before the renewal date of your subscription.
It's very simple!
Suspend your subscription : log in to your customer account, then click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
Go to the "Subscriptions" section and click on "Suspend my subscription". You will receive an email confirming the suspension.
Important to note: the suspension will be taken into account if it is done no more than 48 hours before the renewal date of your subscription.
Reactivate your subscription: Go to the "Subscriptions" section and click on the "Reactivate my subscription" button. You will receive an email confirming the reactivation and the next renewal date.
